PawMatchAI

Dog Breed Classification with Advanced Deep Learning (Now with Extra Paw- sitivity!)

I developed a dog breed classifier using ConvNextV2(Base) and MultiHead Attention to achieve fine-grained accuracy across 124 breeds.

Trained on over 21,000 images, the model fetched an impressive F1 score of 88.70%, excelling at spotting the differences between even the most similar- looking pups most of time.

The project not only focuses on breed detection but also includes fun features such as Breed Comparison and Breed Recommendation based on criteria like exercise needs, living space size, and more—perfect for finding your match!

It is important to note that the recommendation feature is based on data and feature analysis, aiming to provide valuable reference suggestions. However, the results are for reference only. Users are advised to consider their personal preferences and actual circumstances

comprehensively when making a decision to ensure the most suitable choice.

Feel free to explore the technical details on GitHub or try out the deployed model on Hugging Face Space!

My Data Science Exploration Journal

My GitHub of Learning Record of Data Science. This repository stands as a vibrant diary of my adventures in navigating the complexities of data, recording my commitment to dissecting and employing data analytics for crafting insights and bolstering data-driven decision-making.

Motivation

We live in an age where data burgeons endlessly, encapsulating untold stories and untapped potential. Data Science sits at the crossroads of statistics, analytics, and machine learning, like a lighthouse for those of us drawn to the stories hidden in rows and columns of data. It's this exciting mix of exploration and invention, the chance to transform raw numbers into insights that can guide strategic moves, that really lights my fire.

 Collection of Projects

My portfolio showcases a range of projects from exploratory data analysis and machine learning to predictive analytics. Each project has not only honed my analytical skills but also deepened my understanding of how data can be used to solve real-world problems.

Role Title:Project Control Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation and calculate the project progress

  • Scheduling the project

  • Calculate and Analysis the price adjustment

  • Extension Of Time analysis

  • Integrated Project Briefing Report

Job Description:
As a Project Control Engineer, my responsibilities encompass managing project timelines, scheduling tasks, discussing construction sequences and potential challenges with the construction department, safeguarding company rights, addressing contract addendum items requested by clients, and most importantly, handling extension of time (EOT) tasks.

I also play a critical role in gathering cross-departmental data on costs, schedules, risks, and everything critical about the project, to create comprehensive project reports. These reports are presented regularly to the project manager, general manager, and senior executives, including the CEO and ChairMan, ensuring informed decision-making at the highest levels.

Recent years have seen projects impacted by pandemics, wars, and local labor shortages, leading to delays. This has necessitated detailed manpower and critical path analysis, calculation of extended durations, and negotiations with clients for Extensions of Time (EOT) in collaboration with the contract management department.

Additionally, I am actively involved in negotiating with clients to safeguard company interests, including change orders, when some unpredictable situation happened, maybe will cost new items that's not in the original contract, so need to claim to the owner.

In this capacity, I have honed a keen analytical aptitude for managing complex projects effectively, engaging with owner, and delivering strategic, data- driven insights through clear and impactful executive presentations.
