Hello, I am Eric Chung, currently serving as a Project Control Engineer at CTCI.

In the realm of project control, my work primarily revolves around cost management and schedule planning, with a focus on the meticulous allocation of finances and time.

 

Maintaining strict oversight regarding costs, assessing the reasonableness of unit prices from an overarching project perspective to analyze strengths and weaknesses. 

​

In terms of scheduling, I control the progress of each project item while preparing for unforeseen events due to inevitable deviations from the plan. 
This practice underscores my constant awareness of the importance and urgency of tasks.

This professional journey has sharpened my analytical prowess—my core competency. Each decision undergoes a rigorous evaluation of its advantages and disadvantages, a discipline that guarantees the completion of projects on time and with high quality.

I am currently enhancing my data science toolkit, gaining familiarity with analytical and visualization tools such as Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn, along with the machine learning library Scikit-learn.

 

These tools are crucial as I navigate through various data science challenges, and I am committed to further developing my skills in areas like deep learning and natural language processing.

 

My experience as a Project Control Engineer has equipped me with solid problem-solving and project management skills, which I am eager to apply in more complex and dynamic environments.
